I have been in Bend 8 years and have loved your beautiful gallery from the get go, but honestly, until I was introduced to Brad by mutual friends last summer - (I rec'd from him, a beautiful Jill Platner bracelet for Xmas, then earring for this past July birthday) - I am now a lifetime fan.Yesterday Isabella waited on us - I had 'secretly' gone in to get my ring finger sized and to take a peek at engagement rings. Yesterday Brad and I went in and there was Isabella once again. We had THE best experience. I ended up with THE PERFECT engagement ring - part of the Ila Collection. We also were able to select our wedding bands - both of which will be special ordered. She ensured that it was an experience we won't forget; rather one that will be a part of our love story.I have a Nordstrom background which has forever been a part of who I am.
