Shipping Policy
We proudly ship to all 50 states. Enjoy the convenience of fast delivery, with most packages arriving within just 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date. Experience prompt service you can rely on.


Overnight UPS Shipping
For inquiries, please email customerservice@silveradogallery.com or call us at (541) 322-8792 between Monday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM PST. 

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical address is required for shipping. 

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days after they are received. While we strive to fulfill orders the same day, orders placed after noon PST may be shipped the following business day. Additionally, orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email with tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

Signature is recommended for orders over $300. If you would like an alternative option, please email us at customerservice@silveradogallery.com or call us at (541) 322-8792 from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM PST. 

All shipments are insured through UPS, which protects your purchase until it is delivered. If you select a delivery option that does not require a signature, please note that the insurance will not cover theft or damage once the package has been delivered. If you have any questions regarding shipping and insurance, feel free to contact us before placing your order online. 

While we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times, as any delays are beyond our control.



Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are not offering international shipping. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.

We offer gift wrapping on every order. If you would like to add any additional notes, please do so in the notes section at checkout.
