For over 20 years Heather and her incredible team have been providing unique artisan jewelry to the Bend community. You will often find her and long time general manager Shayna working away in the gallery, and on buying trips together across the U.S.

The Lifestyle Behind It All

Heather is reluctant to take a photo unless she’s descending a mountain or fly fishing in an Oregon river. However, you will not find the former professional figure skater and outdoor enthusiast without a timeless piece of jewelry, regardless of the activity. Silverado Jewelry was founded on the philosophy of not saving your jewelry for a special occasion but rather treating each day, event and activity as the very special moment it is.

Silverado Jewelry Gallery began in Hood River, Oregon in 1998. That first modest space was the prototype of what has become the signature style of Silverado - the warm wooden textures and soft natural light that highlight each display case and cabinet. The jewelry gallery is now located in the heart of downtown Bend, Oregon where the style is a reflection of the outdoor life that has become synonymous with Silverado’s brand and its jewelry. While enjoying her multiple gallery achievements, in 2002 Heather traveled to the East Coast to help her sister Robyn open a gallery in Saratoga Springs, New York. With a matching vibe, feel and outdoor enthusiast lifestyle the sister store, still family-run, remains as authentic as its west coast relative.

Featured artists are selected because of their ability to express similar qualities that customers experience when coming into the store - warmth, comfort and elegance. The staff at Silverado are equally unique in their knowledge of each artist and presentation of their distinct pieces of jewelry. Their professionalism is carried throughout the buying experience and the relationships built with their customers has created a loyal following of Silverado fans.
