Repair Policy

Should a problem arise due to craftsmanship within 14 days of purchase, Silverado will send your item to the original artist for repair, or if possible, replace your item. After 14 days, any damage or issues with your jewelry will be assessed by the original artist and repaired for a fee determined by the artist. There are times when an artist cannot fix an item. Should this be the case, Silverado and the artist will evaluate and determine the replacement cost. The repair or replacement process could take anywhere from four to eight weeks.

If you find yourself in need of a repair for an item purchased through our store, we're here to help. Simply send us an email at customerservice@silveradogallery.com with a photo and an explanation for the repair. Once we receive the piece, we'll provide you with a personalized plan to ensure your satisfaction, because at Silverado, we value your trust and strive to provide the best service possible.

Please note that we are a gallery representing independent jewelry designers, and therefore do not offer general jewelry repair services. Repairs are available only for jewelry purchased directly from our gallery.
