Repair Policy
If you encounter any craftsmanship issues within 14 days of your purchase, rest assured that Silverado has you covered! We will promptly send your item to the original artist for repairs or arrange for a replacement whenever possible. After the initial 14 days, any concerns regarding your jewelry will still be assessed by the original artist, who will provide a reasonable repair fee based on the work needed. In rare instances where an item cannot be repaired, Silverado and the artist will collaboratively determine the best replacement cost for you. Please keep in mind that the repair or replacement process may take four to eight weeks, as we prioritize quality and care throughout your experience.

Once we receive your piece, we will provide you with a personalized plan to ensure your satisfaction.
