At Silverado, we want you to love your jewelry. We understand that it can be challenging to feel confident about your choice until you see the piece in person. 

If you make a purchase online, by phone, or through Instagram and have not seen the item in person, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Please note that the refund will exclude the shipping cost. The cost of the return shipping label will vary depending on the insured value of the jewelry.

For added convenience, you can also return items purchased online in person at our Bend, Oregon, store within 10 days of your delivery date. This option provides an additional return method, ensuring your satisfaction with our service. Please note that online and in-store purchases are subject to separate policies.

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds on items purchased in-store. However, unworn jewelry may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll promptly send you a return shipping label. To ensure smooth processing, please remember that jewelry sent without our insured UPS shipping labels won’t be accepted unless you’ve made arrangements with our customer service team in advance. We appreciate your cooperation.

To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

1. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same new condition as when you received it. 

2. It should be returned in its original packaging. 

3. Include a copy of your receipt; if you need another copy, we can email it to you. 

4. Please add your contact information inside the box and include a note explaining the reason for the return.
