Adel Chefridi

Adel’s childhood playground in Tunisia, Carthage-Tunis rose from the remains of many rich cultures, including the Phoenicians, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Andalusians, and Ottomans. They all left behind a diverse tapestry of knowledge, stories and artifacts. When Adel came to New York City in 1998 and witnessed the richness of all the different faces and flavors, he felt right at home. Soon after, he started his jewelry studio, and continued on his path using beauty as his language. Inspired by the tranquil surroundings of the Hudson Valley, he and his wife relocated in 2008 to raise their two daughters, where they reside in harmony to this day.

His work draws from his multicultural background- attempting to reconcile past and present, nostalgia and hope. Using natural gemstones, his designs emphasize simplicity, durability, and openness to light and movement.

Anne Sportun

Anne believes there exists a universal language of shape and form. She is intrinsically fascinated by the forms found in nature. Her combination of traditional gold-smithing techniques juxtaposes the irregularity of the organic form, resulting in the most beautifully executed imperfect silhouettes. In her work as well as her life she strives to combine the precious with the everyday.

"My work is a distillation of the world around me– those things that nurture my soul. The tranquility I find in nature feeds a deep creative well from which I can draw. I seek to recreate the subtle dichotomy of nature’s perfect irregularities, and honour that every day is precious." – Founder, Anne Sportun

Dana Kellin

Dana Kellin was founded in Los Angeles in 1994 by the company’s namesake and her partner Elizabeth Kellin. Using an age-old wire wrapping technique reminiscent of Victorian filigree, Dana Kellin took wire and stones and created something extraordinary. Where others dabbled, Dana Kellin excelled with artistry and attention to detail.

Dana’s intricate and original method of wire wrapping, a technique that requires years of training, has only been perfected by a select group of in-house artisans. Time consuming and painstakingly precise, it is more like a labor of love than a craft. The complex manufacturing process shows in the exceptional quality of the jewelry. The pieces are made to last and are coveted keepsakes.

The collection is a striking mix of earthiness and glamour. Modern, stylish, wearable, refined, timeless, sexy, and sophisticated are a few more of the adjectives commonly used to describe Dana Kellin jewelry. But perhaps the most defining quality is its uniqueness. Quite simply, there is nothing like it.
