If you are purchasing online and have never seen the item in person, you can return it to us for a refund within 10 days of your order’s delivery date. We will refund the full amount of the jewelry purchased, minus the cost of shipping.

You can also return items purchased online in person, within 10 days of your delivery date, at our Bend, Oregon store. Online and in-store purchases are subject to separate policies.

To clean your jewelry we recommend using a non-abrasive polishing cloth on the stone and metal. If the metal is especially dirty, you can soak it in a mild soapy water solution, but please do not soak the stone.
